1. Preamble
Use of the www.camping-labruyere-savoie.com website (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") involves the processing of certain personal data. The User is therefore strongly encouraged to read these terms and conditions. 

The Site is regularly updated by SAS PALYA. In the same way, the legal notices may be modified at any time: they are nevertheless binding on the User, who is invited to refer to them as often as possible in order to take cognizance of them.

2. Definitions
"Site": www.camping-labruyere-savoie.com
" Personal Data" or "Personal Data": any information relating to a Data Subject, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, identification number, identity card number, salary, health records, bank account information, driving or consumption habits, Location Data
, online identifier, etc. The term "Personal Data" includes sensitive Personal Data.
"User": any individual connecting to, using or consulting the Site, for any reason whatsoever.
"Processing of Personal Data": any operation or set of operations, whether or not carried out using automated processes and applied to Personal Data, such as collecting, accessing, recording, copying, transferring, retaining, storing, cross-referencing, modifying, structuring, making available, communicating, recording, destroying, whether automatically, semi-automatically or otherwise, this list not being exhaustive.

3. Personal data management.

a. Typology of data processed and information for data subjects
The legal and regulatory framework relating to the protection of personal data consists mainly but not exhaustively of:
Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data known as the "General Data Protection Regulation" or "GDPR" and; Law n°78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms as amended by Law n°2018-493 of 20 June 2018 promulgated on 21 June 2018.
When visiting and using the Site, personal data concerning the User may be collected in particular when browsing the website, using interactive services, or when booking a stay.
The data likely to be collected on these aforementioned occasions are as follows:

  • Personal data, first and last name, e-mail and postal address, date of birth
  • Home and cell phone number
  • Accompanying person(s) (surname, first name, date of birth)
  • Pet (dog breed)
  • Vehicle
  • Periods of stay, price of stay and means of payment, subscription to cancellation insurance
  • Spoken language
  • Application data

The URL of the links through which the User has accessed the Site
The User's access provider
The User's IP address
The path taken by the User on the site (pages visited, hyperlinks consulted, etc.)
To use certain functions of the reservation platform, such as payment processing in order to reserve a pitch, we ask you to provide certain financial information (credit card number, vacation cheque, etc.). 

SAS PALYA has no knowledge of this information, which is transmitted via a secure PAYZEN payment platform managed
by LE CREDIT AGRICOLE DES SAVOIE.
The data collected is processed for the following purposes:

  • Processing contact requests
  • Processing reservation requests
  • Statistical analysis of Site traffic
  • Save the Site in the User's browsing history
  • The purposes of processing are carried out on the basis of : 
  • Your consent,
  • Performance of a contract,
  • The legitimate interests of SAS PALYA

In any event, SAS PALYA only collects personal information relating to the User for the purposes of certain services offered by the Site. The User provides this information with full knowledge of the facts, in particular when he/she enters it him/herself.
It is specified that the provision of personal data by the User is necessary for the execution of the aforementioned purposes.
The personal data collected is kept for the period strictly necessary for the accomplishment of the aforementioned purposes and, where applicable, for the legal period necessary for evidentiary purposes.

In accordance with the provisions of the RGPD, the User has a right of access, rectification, deletion, portability of personal data concerning him. The User may also oppose or request the limitation of processing, for legitimate reasons, in relation to personal data concerning him or her. b. SAS PALYA ensures that each processing operation complies with the fundamental principles of data protection. This section details the general principles applicable to all processing operations covered by this policy.

Minimization of data collected
Each form on the site limits the collection of personal data to that which is strictly necessary and indicates the purposes for which the data is collected and the recipients of the data.
The data required to process your request is indicated by an asterisk on each form. If you do not fill in these mandatory fields, SAS PALYA will not be able to
respond to your requests and/or provide you with the requested services. Other information is optional and enables us to better manage your request and improve our communications and services to you.
Sharing your data with third parties and transferring your data outside the European Union.
We never share your personal data with other companies for commercial prospecting purposes.
Data may be passed on to technical service providers chosen for their expertise and reliability who act on our behalf and according to our instructions (IT subcontractor, host of our servers, etc.).
We only authorize these service providers to use your personal data to the extent necessary to perform services on our behalf or to comply with legal requirements, and we strive to ensure that your personal data is protected at all times.

SAS PALYA may also disclose your data to third parties where such disclosure is required by law, regulation or court order, or where such disclosure is necessary to protect and defend our rights.

In the exceptional event that these third parties do not come from countries that are part of the European Union (EU), in particular from countries that do not offer the same degree of data protection as your country of residence, SAS PALYA will, to the extent required by applicable laws, :
- Obtain your express and unambiguous consent to share your personal data with such third parties or;
- Enter into data transfer agreements complying at a minimum with the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission or;
- Ensure that such third parties located in the United States are companies that have adhered to the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield and are registered as such with the U.S. government.

Data security
SAS PALYA is committed to protecting your personal data against loss, destruction, alteration, unauthorized access or disclosure. To this end, SAS PALYA implements appropriate technical and organizational measures, in light of the nature of the data and the risks involved in processing it, to preserve the security and confidentiality of your personal data and, in particular, to prevent it from being distorted, damaged or accessed by unauthorized third parties.
These measures may include practices such as restricted access to data by personnel authorized to access it by virtue of their functions, contractual guarantees in the event of recourse to an external service provider, privacy impact assessments, regular reviews of our privacy practices and policies and/or physical and/or logical security measures (secure access, authentication procedures, back-up copies, antivirus software, firewalls, etc.). 

4. Hypertext links and cookies.
The Site contains a number of hypertext links to other sites, set up with the authorization of SAS PALYA. However, SAS PALYA is not in a position to check the content of sites visited in this way, and accepts no liability in this respect.
Consequently, SAS PALYA cannot be held responsible for the way in which your data is stored or used on third-party servers. We advise you to read the applicable privacy policy of each website you access via our Site in order to understand how your personal data will be used.
Browsing the Site may result in the installation of cookie(s) on the User's computer. A cookie is a small file which does not allow the User to be identified, but which records information relating to the browsing of a computer on a site.

The Site uses Google Analytics cookies in order to track site traffic and the User's path through the site.
SAS PALYA only collects and stores information related to site traffic via an analytical solution, in an anonymous manner:

  • the number of unique visitors,
  • number of page views,
  • the country of origin of the connection to the site,
  • the original service that provided access (live, via a search engine or social network),
  • the type of device used (computer, mobile or tablet),
  • the most visited pages, and the time and date of visit.

The data obtained in this way is used to improve the presentation and maintenance of our website.

5. Applicable law and jurisdiction.
Any dispute arising in connection with the use of the Site is subject to French law.

1 Personal information: contact form
The data provided on the contact form is processed by SAS PALYA (594 Route de la Bruyère 73160 SAINT JEAN DE COUZ).
This processing is based solely on your consent, expressed when you freely decide to fill in this form. Your data will be used for the sole purpose of responding to your request, and will not be passed on to anyone else.
Please note that only information marked with an asterisk is required for this request.
Additional information will only be used to personalize and adapt our response.
The data collected will be kept for the time necessary to complete your request. 

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) No. 2016/679, you may access, modify, assert your right to portability, have any data concerning you deleted, request the limitation of the processing of your data and object to the processing of your data by sending your request by email:

2 Customer information: reservation form and free text zone
2.1 Form
The data contained in this reservation form is subject to personal data processing by SAS PALYA (594 Route de la Bruyère 73160 SAINT JEAN DE COUZ).

This processing is based on the execution of pre-contractual measures to the contract for your stay at Camping La Bruyère that you wish to conclude with the Data Controller. The data is therefore collected for the purposes of processing your request and managing your stay at Camping La Bruyère once the contract has been concluded.

In principle, your data is for the exclusive use of SAS PALYA. However, if you choose to take out cancellation insurance, your data will be transferred to our partner Gritchen Tolède et Associés based in Bourges. The sole purpose of this transfer, based on the execution of your insurance contract, is to enable you to benefit from financial cover in the event of cancellation of your stay.

Please note that only the information marked with an asterisk is required to conclude the contract. Additional information will only be used to personalize and adapt your stay.
The data collected will be kept for the time required to complete this contract and your stay with us, without prejudice to the legal retention obligations imposed on the data controller.

2.2 Free text field
Please note that the data entered in the free text field will be stored in our reservation management software. We therefore ask you to be careful with your personal data and you are aware that by voluntarily sharing data relating to your personal situation and in particular your health, this information will be subject to data processing in our systems.
